We repair gelcoat that is stressed, cracked, chipped and we can fix holes.  We repair rotten, spongy, delaminated floors, rotten transoms and change cut outs for re power of stern legs.  We can 2 pac paint boats, bog & fair boats, anti foul boats and non skid boat decks.

Cobalt Blue Marine also offer teak deck construction and cork deck construction & installation.  We remove old worn out cork/teak deck and replace with new.  We also re-caulk the sika which comes out over time and also re sand your deck.

Apart from repairs, owners like to modify their existing boat adding a marlin board or rear step on their boat, hull modifications adding planning strakes etc.  We can build custom ice boxes and fit most marine components.

CBM also offer boat building services.  We can work on your project to see it through to the water.  Lots of owners who start with the idea of doing it themselves, run out of time, the Cobalt Blue Marine team can then take over to finish the boat.

Cobalt Blue Marine currently build fibreglass boats for Wave Line Pty ltd.  The Comet Bay 45 featured at the Mandurah 2010 Boat show, was built under contract to waveline pty ltd.

CBM and Wave Line also have 26’ 28’ 32’ models in the pipeline for production.
